Welcome Drink

Walnuts: roasted, toasted, raw
Cucumber and smoked salmon or cheesey niblets
Mixed mushrooms sauted in smoked butter, scrunchy scallions, apple and strawberry salsa, balsamic glaze
Asparagus, minted hollandaise, warm new laid eggs, bread and butter
Spiral fish fillets or pesto baked aubergine
Spicy carrot salad
Chickpea and coriander socca, roast peeper and hazelnut sauce
Homemade labneh with garden greens and tamarillo vinaigrette
Black raspberry and chocolate trifle mousse
Tea, coffee, herbal brews

All subject to adjustments if the Dinner Lady spots something delicious looking at the market.
