I spent last Saturday watching Ash Keating recreate his amazing street art, ‘Concrete Propositions 2’, at the Manchester St. site which had been tagged. I found his process and the resulting art work totally inspiring and uplifting. It got me to thinking about what brings joy. For me it is often colour and people ( and cats, music, llamas, chocolate etc etc ).
When I cook it’s an expression of love so I decided that this year I will choose a recent inspiration to theme each dinner. This month on Feb. 13th it will be the Ash Keating art work with a romantic twist for Valentines Day. No green will be the biggest challenge.
Who knows what the rest of 2016 will bring, I might listen to some music, write a poem, fall in love with a tree ……
